Marouska Frantz

Marouska Frantz is the Senior Manager for People & Corporate Services at the Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit (FIAU) and a member of the Senior Management Team. She provides overall leadership, strategic direction and governance for the People and Corporate Services functions, ensuring that the Unit has the organisational capability, structures and corporate support services required to deliver its mandate effectively and sustainably. Her remit includes Human Resources, Learning and Development, Finance and Payroll, Communications and Public Relations, Procurement, Logistics and Office Administration, with a focus on strong governance, effective delivery and organisational resilience.

Prior to joining the FIAU, she held senior leadership roles within the private sector, gaining extensive experience in shared services operations, organisational development, workforce planning, talent strategy, corporate governance and process optimisation. She has led large multidisciplinary teams and overseen complex corporate and operational functions, with a strong emphasis on consistency, efficiency and capability building.

Marouska holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Leicester and supports the FIAU’s objectives through strong people governance, organisational capability development and the effective management of corporate services.
